🛑 House Rules – Please Read! These rules protect guest safety and the environment. The person making the reservation MUST be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. 🔞 Minimum Age Requirement • Primary renter must be 25 or older. • Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay. • Children must not be left unsupervised inside the home, on balconies, or on the property at any time. Absolutely NO RUNNING on balconies / porches. 🚫 Absolutely No: • Smoking / Vaping / Etc. (indoors or outdoors) • Fireworks • Open flames: candles, fire pits, tiki torches, campfires, etc. • Burning of any kind 🐾 No Pets Allowed (FIRM) — Including Emotional Support Animals (ESA) • Strictly enforced. • Violations will result in removal of the animal and/or immediate termination of your stay without refund. 👥 Guest & Visitor Policy (FIRM) - Only registered guests allowed on property. • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Unregistered / Unauthorized guests beyond the reservation count (6) will incur a $100 per person per night fee and may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. • No visitors (including guests staying in other houses) unless approved by the host in advance — no exceptions. • Airbnb only insures registered guests. This includes in the house AND on the premises outside. Unapproved visitors are a policy violation and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. 🎉 No Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings • Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction and loss of payment. 🚐 Optional RV Hookup Add-On (By Request Only) • $150/nt. • The home only accommodates 6 guests. Guests using the RV space must utilize their own camper facilities, as the home is not equipped to exceed the stated occupancy of 6 guests. • Contact host in advance to confirm availability and instructions. 🚗 Parking • Do not park under the covered area — this helps avoid costly damages. 📷 Security Cameras • Cameras are located outside only. • Do not move, cover, or tamper with them. 🗑️ Trash Disposal **No local trash pickup is available. Please dispose of all trash before checkout at one of the following nearby collection sites: 1. Johnson Bayou Collection Station • Turn Left on Hwy 82, approx. 7.7–8 mi. on the left (no sign) 2. Holly Beach Collection Station • 6101 Holly Beach Hwy, Cameron, LA • Right on Hwy 82 → 8.4 mi → Left on Hwy 27 → 0.2 mi on right (look for sign) 📦 Garage & Luggage Elevator • Not available for guest use. ⚠️ Illegal Activity is Prohibited This includes but is not limited to: • Drug use • Theft or vandalism • Harassment • Violation of local/state/federal laws ❌ No Occult or Harmful Practices • Satanic rituals or any harmful/dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited. ⚖️ Violations Will Result In: • Immediate eviction • Loss of payment • Legal action, if applicable 🛑 Final Disclaimer We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any booking if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of: • Illegal activity • Dangerous or damaging behavior • Any violation of house rules
